Refund Policy for Art Club

At Creative Whimsies LLC, we strive to offer valuable and engaging experiences through our membership program. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding membership fees and refunds.

1. Membership Payments

  • Membership fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis and are automatically billed to the payment method provided during registration.

  • By signing up for our membership program, you agree to allow Creative Whimsies LLC to charge the applicable membership fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Refunds on Initial Payment

  • New Members: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied with your membership during this period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at Lessons@cwhimsies.com.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial payment. After this period, the initial payment is non-refundable.

3. Recurring Payments

  • No Refunds on Recurring Payments: Once a recurring payment has been processed for an ongoing membership, it is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership and stop future recurring payments, please refer to the cancellation section below.

4. Cancellation of Membership

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at Lessons@cwhimsies.com or by managing your account settings via our website/member portal.

  • Cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

  • If you cancel your membership, your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining days in the current cycle.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Failure to use membership benefits or services.

    • Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle has renewed.

    • Membership canceled due to violation of Creative Whimsies LLC’s terms of service or community guidelines.

6. Service Disruption

  • In the unlikely event that we must suspend or terminate the membership program due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide prorated refunds for any remaining portion of the current billing cycle that has been paid in advance.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Creative Whimsies LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of the membership program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
